Farm to Food Bank
We are excited to welcome the Cool Box to the Goshen Market Foundation fleet! This 6'x12' trailer has been retro-fitted with insulation and a CoolBot by an all female construction crew.
It is now ready to collect, haul, and store all of the fresh produce we receive for Farm to Foodbank, and to assist in produce delivery for the Beet Box and other produce donation efforts.
Keeping produce cool helps it last longer and gets it to more people in peak condition. This refrigerated trailer has been a labor of love for the Goshen Market Foundation, made possible by all of the generous support we have received from Edwardsville Community Foundation.
