Through the Goshen Market Foundation, we:
- • have created and continue to expand a farm-to-school program that gives students in our area the opportunity to eat fresh, organic food that they've grown and cultivated themselves;
- • operate and maintain the Beet Box, our "Market on Wheels" that connects local farmers to communities in our area that do not have easy access to fresh, local food;
- • curate and execute the Land of Goshen Community Market each from April to October;
- • provide double-matching funds to SNAP (formerly known as food stamps) users at the Goshen Market;
- • strive to create a healthy local food community in our region
