Growing Young Minds & Green Thumbs
Sprouts at School
Educating children about local foods, agriculture, and sustainability is central to the mission of the Goshen Market Foundation. We are excited to begin a new phase in Farm to School (now Sprouts at School), collaborating with other local organizations to take a multisession educational program to early childhood facilities in Madison and St. Clair Counties.

We offer hands-on lessons in growing food and planting seeds, identifying different foods, tasting and making healthy snacks, compost and food waste, and farm animal care and encounters.
